...you will need minimum 6 mags. gun comes with one so 5 x $35 = $175...
Not to mention with 5 round magazines you actually going to be slower then someone with pump action using quad load.

its only an advantage if you are competing against others who aren't using some sort of speed loading device.
Chances are you'd be in open division with people that have the same advantage...therefore no advantage...
And yet at IPSC Shotgun matches we had in Ontario, Open division gear is usually quite behind Standard Manual and even Standard gear...
IPSC shotgun matches and "3-Gun" are two different things...
They're different in that in IPSC shotgun all you need to worry about is the shotgun... In so far as what div. it'll fit into.
In 3-gun as I know it... Even if only one of your guns has a feature that say for example puts you in "Open" then presto!
You're in open...
So... Might as well go all out open with your pistol and rifle too.
I've seen it where a guy shows up to the match... Thinking he's in tac-optic div., but not realizing his ported shotgun puts him in open... So, he's now up against shooters who potentially have doodads and various optics, laser beams, bipods, cup holders on all three of their guns....

The only reason I was looking into a grizzly was because it was mag fed, I was trying to figure if the mag reload was an advantage worth having, over the speedier firing of an autoloading gun with slower reloads. I can make the gun reliable, its just an 870 clone after all. Thanks again for all the input guys I appreciate it.
EDIT: woops! Sorry for thread necromancy I just wanted to see what shotguns people run
