Browning FN-Sauer

#####Notes: This is not a cooperation between Sauer and FN; it is a rifle based on the Sauer Model 80.##One of the features of the FN-Sauer is its high hogsback stock; this makes it especially well-suited for use with a telescopic sight.##The angle of the stock can also be adjusted by the use of spacers.##The barrel is cold-forged for strength, and the metal parts of the rifle are deeply blued except for the highly-polished bolt.##The trigger has a preset that is operated by pushing the trigger forward, taking up 75% of the trigger pressure.##The trigger pressure itself is adjustable.##The FN-Sauer is equipped with a Williams adjustable rear sight and a gold-colored front sight bead.##Standard-caliber versions of the FN-Sauer have a barrel of 22 inches; magnum calibers use a 24-inch barrel.##The stock has a thick recoil pad.##This rifle was introduced in 1977, and production stopped in 1982.

Interesting rifle Gord...if interested I'll look up in my outdated Blue Books and see what we can find.
I'll have to read what Blargon has posted and see if I can add to his points of interest.
But, first this Union Thug needs to soak his weary toes for an hour.
The bunions are talking to me .
I'll get back a little later.
