I have a chance to purchase a package of firearms from an older gentleman in my area. Consists of long guns and a few handguns. Among the collection is a Webley and Scott MIV .38 SMITH AND WESSON. The firearm seems to be in nice shape for its age. It has war finish on left side of the frame. Would anyone out there know the value so I don't insult the gentleman making an offer?? I fear he thinks it is worth too much, he valued a Tokarev 9mm at 400 which I felt was high. Thanks in advance
