Need help with Win Mod70

OK. so i removed the bolt from my gun to clean it. i noticed the bolt was a little sticky. i unscrewed the internals, cleaned it, and then... i was screwing it back together when i moved the safety, as i was moving it, the firing pin went off, essentially firing the gun. now, i cant screw it back together and i cant move the safety. what the heck did i do, and how can i fix this.
i knew i shouldnt have touched the safety but by the time i realized that it was too late dammit.
 
update:
i fixed that issue. but the bolt is super hard to close with a round in the chamber. once i chamber it, and try to turn the bolt normally, its very very stiff. any ideas?
 
Are you using factory ammunition or reloads? If reloads were they previously fired in that same rifle? If reloads and not previously fired in that rifle you may have to disassemble them and full length resize the cases.

If you are using factory loaded ammunition or the reloads that were previously fired in your rifle and have been full length resized and still have problems - take it to a competent gunsmith.
