Need help with winchester 94, need a gunsmith.

Hi, I got a hanic 410 lever shotgun, wich is basicaly à win 94 clone , that will not chamber a round... so Im looking for a gunsmith who is familiar with lever actions. Had it at the local gunsmith for 4 months and he could not figure out what was happening.
 
I’m sure you would have not tried to chamber 3” shells in a 2.5” chamber .guide rail screws or
Lift gate has to be the culprit

No, only tried 2.5 shells, it seems the angle of the shell is to much so it jams as it envers the chamber. If I point the gun down and move the lever gently à couple of times it goes in... ejects fine..
