Need ideas for 25 Rim fire ammo (how to make)

OK I just bought a stevens Antique 25 RF rifle whats the best way to adapt ammo for these ?
I know someone here has done this eh? Mooncoon perhaps??

Im thinking 27 cal hilti caps might fit but wont have the gun for awhile yet.
Lucky for me its a take down model so its easy to just put another barrel in another caliber in it.
its a Falling block action so plenty strong enough for 17 RF or 22 Mag.
but id like to use the 25 cal barrel to!

I know of one of these the guy has 3 diffrent barrels for his all in diffrent calibers.

You could maybe do 25-20 has about the same poke as a 22mag little heavier bullet?

You can still get 25 rimfire ammo at most shows.About $50 a box (50)

I am guessing you will have to use .22 blanks or shells with the bullets pulled as the primer because I am pretty sure that the hilti shells will be too big. Also you will need to use a swage to form a heeled base on the bullet because it virtually all rimfires that I have seen use a healed bullet. Not hard to do and it might even work out that it is easier to swage a piece of OO buckshot to a final shape than to mould a light .25 slug and then swage the base. I will try to remember to chat it up with your ambassador at the gun show tomorrow :>)
Smallest that I have made so far was .32 rimfire and the largest .57 rimfire.
