I recently came into possession of a semi automatic browning 12 gauge shotgun. The gun definetly is made by browning which is stamped on the side and has a small portrait of what appears to be John Browning underneath the name. On the side of the barrel it says "Acier special C12". On the top of the barrel is stamped "Herstal Belgium". The but plate is made out of leather and is stamped "Browning Automatic". I have tried matching the serial number on the browning website but have had no luck. I can provide the serial number if needed. The gun works great andcycles perfect. Lve to find out some more info regarding this gun seeing I have had no luck and it is quite a beautiful piece. Thank you.
