Need Info. NS/NB Deer Hunting.

My friend and I are wanting to go deer hunting in NS or NB in the fall. Wondering what's needed and what you'd expect to pay for what.
Sorry, but, treat me as someone who knows NOTHING about this stuff.
 
in NB you're looking at approx. $1500 pp on avg. for a 6 day whitetail hunt with an outfitter.Non-residents must have a guide.The alternative to going through an outfitter is if you have a friend in NB that will take you under a class2 guide licence(licence to accompany).NS has similair rules and regs.

Another idea which myself and a buddy are in the process of is to offer a swap-hunt?Check out NewBrunswickHunting.com and/or the sister site NSH.com.Maybe offer PEI goose hunting for a NS/NB whitetail hunt and see what happens???

We did just that and are swapping NB spring bear for a NS deer hunt this year with 2 other fellas.It's a relatively in-expensive way to experience out of province hunting if you have something unique to offer?(ie PEI geese?)Show me yours,I show you mine kinda deal.
