I had a gentleman from Nova Scotia call me the other night about a single shot rifle in 22 Hornet or 222.
He is thinking of buying a Brno ZBK 110 in 222 and asked my opinion on the rifle. I had to look it up and there doesn't appear to be much info on it except in a foreign language.
From what I found, it looks similar to the Thompson/Center TCR 83 Hunter. It looks sleek and light but don’t know how accurate they are.

Has anyone had any experience with the ZBK 110, and does anyone in Canada have them in stock or import them?

I don't know if the single shot Brnos are imported at the moment to Canada. But if you can get them, get the the ZK-99 model, which can be had in a number of calibers, including 30-06 and 8x57IS, and many of the smaller ones, also rimmed. It is a nice rifle for the money. The ZBK-110 is made only in smaller calibers, it looks cheap IMHO, an reminds me more recent "cheap", shotgun look-alike, US output of single shot rifles. They should not be compared to a T/C TCR 83. It was a well made rifle ahead of its time on the North American market.
