Need info on a TOZ 120

Hey Guys

I have been offered a mint TOZ 120 on trade for a 30-06 that I am selling. As I know nothing about this manufacturer I would like some info before I make any deal.
How much are they worth and are they any good?
Any info would be appreciated.

Tulskey oruzheiny zavod is the manufacturer.

They go for about $450 in the states on a couple sites

The plant is going to produce the modification versions of TOZ-120 with double-trigger mechanism intended for sporting, shooting on trap and skeet.
