Based on the serialization records, it was assembled in 1940. The Blue Book of gun values places it at $500 at 90% condition (more or less depending on actual condition). The Blue Book tends to be high compared to Canadian prices, when valuing guns that are particularly popular in the U.S.
It's impossible to offer any kind of realistic valuation without actually handling and checking the gun, however pictures would help.
In Canada, it would be worth between $400 and $650, depending on whether it is (or isn't) entirely original, mechanically sound, and whether or not there are any cracks or dings.
