Need Modifying Advice.

Hi Fellas,

Forgive me if thas has been discussed 1000 tinmes, but I need to be sure. If I take my old ithaca shotgun, cut the barrel down to 19.5" and keep the overall length above 660mm, I am still legal right ?

I want to make a backpack gun.
