OK, so I am on my last pound of VV N320 that I use for my Shadow 9mm loads. I got three options:

1. Go back to cheap & widely available Titegroup.

2. Try Solo 1000. I see a lot of (somewhat) conflicting stories on Solo use in 9mm loads, batch consistency being one of them. Has anyone been using this powder for 9mm loads long enough to comment?

3. Organize a Higginson Powders group buy for N320. Currently, they only have 1lb cans in stock for $34 each. IIRC, there are no shipping charges on orders over 21lb, only a $25 hazmat fee. Would anyone in GTA be interested?

I like Option 3 the most... cou:

Also, please share your recipies for any of the 3 powders above if you load minor with a 124/125gr FMJ or JHP. I will have to start chronographing my loads soon, now that I need them to make minor - as opposed to just plinking loads that kept me happy until now.

TIA.

I have been using Bullseye for most of my loading its cheap and readily available @ $16.00 per pound it cant be beat and you can load 9mm, 40 s&w and 45 if you want...

I load 4.4 gr with 125gr Zero JHP-C for IPSC production, not too sure what the power factor would be but they are hotter than they need to be... :)

In ancaster at Hummasons a 8 pound jug was $127 last time i got it...

Is that were you buy your bullets from also ? I'm going there to get some 125gr lead bullets tommorow if I have time. There prices are really good on everything, and lucky for me, they are only 1/2 hour drive away at the most.

I buy my Zero bullets from Double tap sports, I am not really into lead but i have priced the DRG lead there before...

If you want powder tomorrow you need to call them now and order it as its all kept off site and they would need to bring it in for you....
