he might of got pissed off about the questions. I know 1 person that yelled at the lady on the phone because she asked questions and then asked them again in a differen't way she got really mad at the end she said I hope I didn't ruin his chances of getting it. I said no because you finished the interview some people don't like the questions and get pissed off. It's a script 1 after another (questions). I know 1 person was asked do you think he will shoot someone and she said I hope so he is in the military so I would hope he would fight back. Wives have got angry at the CFO for the questions friends and husbands as well they take it personally sometimes because of the way they ask. Is he a volient person you answer no the next one is when was the last time he or she used violence to solve a problem (that piss allot of people off) I just said NO... is most common.
need new references as one decided my having a gun licence was against his beliefs

I remember my interview back in the 70's when I applied for my first resticted. This was long before PAL and RPAL.
Two detectives came to the house, my wife offered coffee and we chatted in the living room for 15 minutes about everything except firearms.
Then they wanted to see what I had in long guns and I took them to the basement and unlocked my 6 x 6 walk in closet with reloading bench
and racks. I had a half dozen mixed long guns and several Civil War BP but they went right to the Ruger 10/22WMR. My wife said "that one is mine"
End of interview.

well new forms for new reference finally arrived hopefully i have done a better job of picking my friends this time getting it signed today and will express post tomorrow. should i expect this reference to get the third degree about me because of the last flake. anyone ever been a back up reference before. should have used my back up reference in the first place just was not as easy to get signature from him.

All I can say is I hope it doesn't raise a flag on your application, but I wouldn't be surprised. My "flag" has now put me into the > 120 day range and no end in sight.
i am at the 90 day mark the big set back was they could not get a hold off my flaky reference and he did not cough out till he finally called in than i had to wait for the paper work to come back gggrrrrr. what was your "flag" about
LOL......"BOOM"....awesome, just awesome....a visual that I'll forever keep to myself. Looking over my shoulder and yelling out.."Bring this lady a drink, its on me!"
whiskey please oh wait that might get disaproving looks too maybe he doesn't object to people having a gun its a revolver in one hand whiskey in the other and my arms around his wife while straddling my motorcycle that he does not approve of
