Wanted to build good bullseye gun. Need trigger job and adjustable sights etc. on Norinco .45, any names come to mind?

Yes, Gunnar in Prince George (see link above) is the man - he's a specialist in what you're looking for - improving Norincos for competition.
 
Gunnar at ARMCO as mentioned above, is the first name that jumps to mind. Good guy to deal with, although the last time I talked to him he was pretty backed up so take that into consideration.
 
You might also try Barry Jensen at Bits of Pieces. I've never given him a Norinco to work on, but he's done other jobs for me and they've been absolutely first-rate.
 
Gunnar is always busy! Most people go to him. Try Rodger Kotanko of RK Custom Guns/ Dark international He does alot working building STI/SVI race and standard guns for alot of IPSC Shooters.

Barry's pretty busy himself. I think most pistol/gunsmiths who are good at their craft are busy these days due to the fact that there aren't many of them around. Another person to try may be Joe Dlask.
