Need rings bedded/shimmed and scope installed

Can anyone suggest a local (Toronto or GTA) gunsmith that I can take or send my AR-15 upper to, to have my scope rings properly bedded and shimmed, and to install a scope that I just can't seem to be able to sight in properly?

What scope? Rings/mount? Rail/model of upper?

I've never done any of that on an AR and if you are using quality parts, you shouldn't have to.

I have brand new Leatherwood CMR 1-4x24mm Illuminated Reticle with a one piece base/rings mount that I just can't seem to be able to sight in.

There is just not enough elevation in the scope to even get it on paper! This is really strange because I used the same base and rings on the same upper with an IOR Valdada scope before, and I had no issues sighting it in.

The upper is a PWS-MK112U-223 with a 12.5 barrel, this one: https://shopquestar.com/shopping65/shopexd.asp?id=1513&bc=no

I've mounted it and tried 3 times already, and I just can't get it on paper even.

I don't have the time to fool around with it, so I'd rather just give it to an expert or a gunsmith to figure it out and fix it for me.

What distance are you trying to zero it at?

And what make are the base/rings?

On a decent one piece mount, there should be zero shimming/bedding... and if there is, therein might lie the source of your problems.

Zeroing at 100 yrds.

I don't remember the make of my one-piece base/rings, but will check and post pics soon.

As I said I used this base/rings with a different scope before and did not have any issues zeroing. There was ample elevation left.

Get on paper at 25, then 50, then 100. if you can't make holes in paper in less than 50 yards you got issues.

OK, the issue is not getting on paper. The issue is that there is not enough elevation in the scope adjustment to get it on target. That's why I need a gunsmith recommended.
