Need Sights for Norinco 1911A1C

Hey guys I've been all over the inter-web looking for replacement sights for my Norinco 1911A1C. I can't find any Canadian web sites that carry these! Sure they have replacement barrels and bushings and everything except replacement sights. Does anybody know where I can find one or have any they want to sell?

I believe the front sight channel has to be machined to allow aftermarket sights to be used.

I have a Norinco 1911 as well.......

Well as a machinist that shouldn't be a problem for me! Do you know where to get some aftermarket ones?

If I remember correctly, any aftermarket 1911 sights can be used.

Try Brownells? I'm sure some of the vendors on here can provide them.

Apparently the steel in the Norinco slides is very tough to machine as well.

I have heard that Norcs use the narrow tennon sight.
Unless your sight is dovetailed.
