Need Sights, Trigger Upgrade and More For CZ75B - Suggestions

Took my CZ75B Two Tone out to the range for the first time today. After shooting 50 rounds to get a feel for this pistol I decided I need some upgrades. Need you guys to direct me to products and suppliers that would have what I'm looking for.

The list:
- front sight TruGlo or suggestions
- adjustable rear sights
- lighten the trigger pull
- thingy to load the magazine without skinning my thumbs

So you CZ owners out there, what are some of the upgrades you're happy with and what are the upgrades you've done that were a waste of $.

Thanks

I had mine worked over to make it a good CQB pistol. It has a set of hand-filling wood grips. The pistol feels fantastic in the hand. I can't say it really helps shooting, but it sure feels good.

It has a LPA rear sight and a fibre optic front sight. Not sure of the make of the front. It might have come with the rear sight.

I bought the rear form Fusion Firearms in the USA and asked them to mill the rear sight notch extra wide for my old eyes. Sight picture (for me) is perfect.

Rodger Kotanko of Dark international did a trigger job that is orgasmic. Single action is a crisp 2.5 pounds. Double action is 7.5 pounds.

The pistol is very accurate with its favourite load (135 gr. lead round nose, 3.4 gr Titegroup).

I replaced those stupid plastic grips that are stock on the pistol with the rubber CZ ones. Those grips are fantastic and make the gun feel much better.

I also swapped out my mainspring for a 13 pound spring and added an extended firing pin to make the double-action trigger pull a bit easier, but if you spend enough time doing dry practice this isn't necessary--I just had the opportunity to buy the parts at an extremely good price used, and never would have done it otherwise. It does bring down the double-action pull a good bit, but as somebody who principally shoots double-action revolvers, it wasn't a big deal in the first place.

The 75B is a pretty solid gun out of the box. Most of the major changes you could make to upgrade it significantly would require a stop at the gunsmith (or you could just buy an 85 Combat or Shadow/Shadow Line, I guess).
