For your M1A, powders that fall within the pressure curve parameter would include IMR/H4895, IMR/H4064, Varget and BLC2. Bullet choice would be from 147gr to 168gr. I've no experience with the FNAR but it would be fine with these components as well. Don't hot rod your loads though. For instance, 41gr of H4895 with a 168gr bullet works just fine and is easy on the op rod.

I agree about the recipe for 168gr bullets and 41 grains of 4895. Works great in my M305 /M14S. I sometimes load with lighter bullets (Sierra 155 Palma), but they don't tend to group as well for me as the 168 Sierra Match Kings. Make sure you have no high primers, use a harder primer like CCI #34 or #200 standards, and full length resize, paying attention to case length and shoulder. I recently started using a Lyman case gauge to check all my reloads, to ensure they are within spec.

Been using IMR 4895 and all depending on the size of bullet the load changes.
I try to keep the pressure lower in the M305. I can get away with more in my medium weight barrel on my springfield.
Cases seem to be cycling through well at a 2.0 and with the c.o.a.l at 2.8. Giver or take .0005+/-
Takes a while to trim it all but, eventually will get a motorized trimmer.
I use CCI N.200 primers.
As for the chrono, I do not have one, so cant help you there.
Cant tell you the moa accuracy of them, still in a working progress.

This just works for me, always check the RELOAD MANUALS before trying anything.
