Looks like a Mark I with the magazine safety removed.
Mark II is an upgraded model of the original Hi-Power introduced in the early '80s. Some of the upgrades were ambidextrous thumb safeties, nylon grips, 3-dot sights, and a throated barrel.
If you look under the grips, on the back strap, you may find some additional numbers and letters. If it does it will be one of the many Austrian Police hi-powers that were brought into the country years ago.
The extractor suggests a post '62 gun.
As for the price.... $500 to $800 depending on condition...
I've got one of the B marked ones as well. The story on quite a few U.S. boards is it is a Hungarian copy made for another country as the B ser no is not one of the FN runs.
I have a Belgian HP and my "B gun" like yours has none of the proper FN proofmarks on it.
I paid $400 for mine a couple of years back and it only had 2 boxes of ammo put though it by the original owner.
