need some help to decide which gun to chose

XD 45 has a very high rating among those plastic gun. I have shot a XD 9 and it is a very accurate gun. you really need to have both. Put XD and Ruger side by side, I won't pick Ruger.

Everybody has an opinion as to what they prefer but its you who will need to make the final decision. As mentioned above, if feeding cost is a concern the 9mm is the way to go but for fun factor, the 45 is the choice. I looked at the XD myself but ultimately I chose the P345D in stainless and have not had a regret. After 500+rds it has not experienced a failure and the initial out of the box hard trigger is increasingly smoother with use, now to the point where it is very easy to operate.

i find it tough to compare two pistols of different calibers... I have an XD-9 And I love it but I also have a .40SW Baby Eagle and love that too - i've tried many different pistols within both calibers and these were the two I decided to go with within that caliber. Now if you ask me which I like more - i honestly couldn't say.
If it were me and you were looking at say the XD-45 and the Ruger in 45 then i'd say XD. If you were looking at both the ruger and XD in 9 ... i'd say XD ... :)

As you can tell the XD is an awesome pistol. I was even considering getting one in .45 as well
 
well I was doing some price comparing and ending up ordering a new norinco m311 rifle instead for about the same price as the hand gun, so the new and gun will have to wait damn bank account thanks for your input and I do belive my choice of hand gun would be the ruger, fit a little better in hand
