Have a bolt action .22, unsure of its origin, history, or any other info, belive it to be a german rifle, the owner was told it is a hitler youth training rifle, looks like the action could be based off a k98, however the trigger guard is made of plastic, and the stock is a laminate. copy maybe? any info on it would be greatly appreciated, also need a trigger guard for it, so if you have a spare your willing to part with, or know where to get one, would appreciate the heads up! may have to get creative and build one, but thought I would check with the experts before anything.

I remember these being sold in the US. First time I have heard of one in Canada. I believe that it is an East German training rifle. The reports I read about them indicate that they are well made, fine shooting rifles.
I have a bad feeling that you might be looking for a long time for a replacement trigger guard.
If the rifle were mine, I would duplicate the guard in steel.
