Need some help with Delisle carbine build

I have recently started a Delisle Carbine build from a 'bubba'ed' Mk III*. This project is going to be a reproduction of the original with the barrel set back into the action, with a shortened bolt (already done). I am looking for some information as to what diameter the receiver was bored out for the barrel.

At weaponsguild.com, a chap in Germany has been making an exact replica of the Delisle folding stock prototype. Full tutorial. Previously he had made a replica of the standard rifle.

Was early when I read your original post, thought I read it as you were setting back a 303 barrel.
