Looks Supreme to me and is certainly made from a No.4. I gave just over $300 for mine (with PH mounts) and that one is as nice. The reason you don't see many ads is that although there is no shortage of PH Enfield conversions around most of them aren't for sale.
ipscgraz if you see any for sale in a condition like that go ahead and buy them for $140, you can sell a couple to me at $200.
Later edit: I also have a PH No.4 Standard. The barrel is cut and properly recrowned just in front of the front sight (so no bayonet lugs, no restoring to original military configuration) and the forestock is cut back, front and rear handguards gone from on top of the barrel and the relevant bands removed. All else is standard - sights, magazine, rear stock, as you can see in the brochure Baribal has posted below. That's more like a $150-200 sporter.
