Hello all...

I am looking for some info on Kelbly scope rings and Davidson bases. I have a pair of Kelbly Panda scope rings...they were mounted on my Rem. 700 with Davidson bases..(as they are the only bases that work with these rings.) Does anyone know if Davidson makes bases to fit Savage rifles?

I got the new remington catalogue today and I must say I am dissapointed with the new rifles...so I am going to switch to Savage.

I want to use my Kelbly rings....but I need bases to fit a Savage...does Davison make these? And where can I buy them?

I see a lot of fellows shooting Savages and doing quite well, but take a good look at Remington there XCR Long Range Tactical with b&C stock some nice gun,and the sps Varmint in .223 at Lebarons yesterday $525 I am sure you could sell the action for that amount, don't think the savage action will bring that kind of money.

Try phoning Sinclair. Depending on your Sav Action, if it is round on both rings then 2 front Rem. Davidson bases would fit as the dia. of the actions is the same. I don't know about hole spacing though, that could be different.

Try googling Davidson, Maybe talk direct.
