Need some input Hical on a vz 58 rail.

Basically I bought this vz58 from a CGNer some time back. It came with a side rail I believe you guys sell?
The rail slides on the side mount just fine but how the heck does it tighten down? The 3 Allen screws don't secure it down unless i'm doing something completely wrong.

Not stripped but they dont hold secure the rail down. Tightened or otherwise.

The side rail should snug down on the rail with the 3 screws, its possible its a different rail or has been modified somehow, we have installed dozens without issues.
