I picked up some 130 gr fmj 9mm (150) to try out.
I have loaded 124gr fmj with 5.1 gr of unique, oal of 1.065 with an avg velocity of 1080 fps. (Hornady handbook 3rd edition as a guide)

Can i load the 130 gr fmj with the same powder charge or due to the extra bullet weigth do i need to cut back to 4.0 grains?

I have lots of target loads so i want this one to be close to a full load as i can get.

Scaling back 1.1 grains for less than a 5% bullet weight increase sounds a bit extreme to me. I'd probably just scale back to the 4.6 to 4.8 grain range if the case volume difference is negligible.

Just keep in mind that your selected load also depends on any difference in bullet profile and OAL that might affect case volume. With 9mm, differences in case volume can have a greater affect on peak pressure than bullet weight difference on an equal percentage basis. Adjust your load accordingly, preferably starting at the starting load again if you're not sure.
