All steel and walnut.
I preferred the older Model 52 and sold my 952 after twenty-five hundred rounds and the buyer thought that it was close to new.
Very solid piece, very expensive, and your grandchildren will be shooting it long after you have shuffled off this mortal coil. That is assuming M. Dion and his ilk do not have their way with us.
