Need value for a Remington Fieldmaster 121.........

Hello,

My friend wants to sell most of his guns (due to age) and he would appreciate if anyone could give him the real value of the 2 following rifles.....

The first one is an Ace 1, (1929-1934) the wood may have been varnished at one point as I am not sure if they came like that or only with oiled wood.

The second one is a Fieldmaster model 121 (1951), everything looks perfect on it.
