Never heard of a non restricted Mk2 Sten unless it’s a dewat.
I have a nice Mk2 dewat I bought a few years back and the going price was in the $595 / $600 range. Pretty much the same value today.
There are a number of basically hand made Stennish guns that qualified for either restricted or non-restricted status, depending on barrel length.

Paid $6 each. They were converted to Semi auto and sold for $100 to $200 each. Many of those
ended up de-watted when the Government got nasty on Converts depending on what province you lived in.
