Need velocity, I have no chrono :(

Gents,

Can anyone give me an idea of how fast 42 grains of H4895, with CCI 200 primers, and LC brass, is pushing a Hornady 150 FMJ-BT (BC .39)? I need to get a chrono but in the meantime has anyone used a formula close to this and chronographed it? I am firing it through my Norc M14S with a 22" barrel. 1-12 twist I think. I need to roughly put a trajectory aide for long range shooting.

The Hornady manual lists 40.6gr @ 2500fps and 42.3gr @ 2600fps, also out of a 22", 1 in 12 twist barrel, but Hornady brass and Fed 210 primer. The only way you will know your velocity for sure is with a chrony though.
