Hi guys,
last weekend at my local gun show I bought a box of 30-06 with various makers , inside the box I found a bag with 19 of this and I don't know what it is???
The bullet appear to be wood, also I found a web site saying that is "U.S.G.I. 30-06 training cartridge, aluminum case, wood projectile, for ammo collectors, N.W.M. manufactured, rare, ex cond.....$14.00"
and seems to worth $14 each, is it true?

I cannot speak for your side of the pond, but certainly very common here in Europe and certainly not worth $14 each.

As mentioned above, made by NWM de Kruitthorn in the Netherlands.

Yep, that's a blank. Lots of European countries used a wooden bullet in their blanks. Some had an attachment that caused the bullet to break up upon firing. Don't think I'd part with $14 either. Mind you, gun shows are like that. As are some cartridge collectors.
NWM is ederlandsche Wapen-en Munitiefabriek NV., "DE KRUITHOORN, 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.
