Hello!
A dear friend of mine showed me her pistols and revolvers and asked me if I could take care of selling them.
Her beautiful reining champion mare just had a very nice baby and she needed to raise some money.
Here are some pics she took of the guns.
There is a

- Cased Russian M.C.M. "Margolin" 22 L.R. target pistol with many spare parts (little box not shown)

- A very unusual Hi-Standard "Durango" nine-shot 22 L.R. single AND double action revolver

- A nice Ruger Single-Six new Model with 22 Mag and 22 LR cylinders

- A Star 9mm. single action pistol (looks a lot like a model 1911 minus grip safety)

All of them show honest use but no real wear.
She bought the lot from a friend, a retired RCMP agent she used to train rescue dogs with.

If you could furnish me with an approximation of the interest and value of these pieces, it would help me greatly.
Thanks!
PP.

OK, I'll get you started:

The Margolin, somewhere between $350 and $450. I have a brand new one that will probably go for $400 plus shipping, though mine has the newer plastic case and more spare parts.

The Durango is cool. It kind of looks like Stainless, though it's probably nickel plated. I would say $350 - $450.
There aren't a lot of them around, this one is in nice shape. Sentinel, etc. is much more common and so we'll tack on $50 or so for relative rarity. In the 70's when they first came out, I think the retail on these was around $60 or $70.

I haven't paid much attention to Ruger's single six, so I would guess, with both cylinders and the condition shown, $400 - $500?

The Star looks like the model "B" I recently bought for $250. Mine didn't come with a spare magazine or nifty holster but was in similar condition. $300.

I'm sure you'll see some diverging opinions shortly.
