NEEDED: reciver rail for mossberg 500

my mossberg 500a is tapped for a rail on top of the reciever... but cannot find a company that will ship them to canada... do any of our local shops carry em? they are like 15 USD everywhere on the net. just cant find a canadian company.....

any help is much appreciated....
