I don't know where to ask for advice, hopefully this isn't the wrong forum.
Long story short:
Over the last 2 years, I caught the neighbor's dog (German Sheppard) harassing deers, a moose, raccoons, various birds and he treed a bear. He also killed a fox last Friday and that's the straw that broke the camel's back. The moose and bear were on my land, other animals were on his land.
I warned the owner a few times but he doesn't seem to care "as long as he's not attacking humans".
Is there any law against that? If YOUR dog is harassing wildlife, shouldn't YOU be responsible? His dog is clearly doing what a man CAN'T do.
I don't want to end up to "accidentally" shoot his dog, but something must be done.
I don't feel like calling the police over that, but if there is no other option, I will.
