In a perfect world things work right the first time, there are no such things as ex-wives, and the government really is here to help us......

Having said that, the next best thing is for a manufacturer to admit when things aren't perfect.

The test of any company is how they respond to fixing the problem and to satisfy their customer's expectations.

Neit Arms gets an A+ with respect to the effort they have gone to identify and fix the problem.

That is all I can ask of a manufacturer.

While I've blown this months budget on other toys. I look forward to purchasing another ambi safety/bolt release combination from them in the near future. I figure voting with my wallet is the best endorsement I can give them.

Appreciated.

If we never received feedback we'd never be able to improve our products. We don't want them to kinda work, or mostly work.. they all HAVE to work because we have the distinct pleasure of being able to provide these to troops on the ground that are actually using them. Changes are easy.. failures are not.

Thanks again to all that bring up issues with our products and suggestions on how to improve them. It is this that I think makes the Canadian market special.. direct feedback is easy to implement when you design, test, engineer and manufacture everything in Canada and support your local network.

....And Neit's fix for the ambi-mag/bolt release issues really does work--you can try this at home. I fixed it according to their instructions---Just got back from putting 200 & change downrange, and everything worked together flawlessly. The kids really like the bolt release and soon figured out the advantages of the mag release, too....

Just got my ambi mag release and install was quick and painless...even with my 2 left thumbs! Fit and finish on the part is super nice. Sad to say though that I have to mod it as well as it's contacting and pushing up on my V2 tac bolt release (which I love and has functioned like a champ BTW!). So, I understand that some material where it's contacting just has to be taken off with a dremel, correct? NEIT, I'll PM ya before I move forward on this fix.

Edit: I have a 4V if anyone was wondering...I think I read in the other thread that 2V's were experiencing this issue?

Thanks for the great products and support!
