C'mon guys ..... what if Caramel is really saying the thruth ?

He has rifles that most of us probably would just dream about and never own one in our lifetime. I for sure will never afford to have what he's got! I can only dream about the Nemesis and the SSG 3000 :(

Good for him to share his stuff and for us to admire them.

You must be one of the one hundred thousand he talks about lately.
Nine hundred ninety nine thousand to go...

Careful, he'll spank you with that Nemesis of his. How could you possibly compete against that with your Savage?

I'm really curious to know why Caramel would waste $1,800 on a SIG 3000 when it couldn't possibly hold a candle to the Nemesis he already owns? What kind of man pays that kind of money to take a step backwards? Unless it's just to own another rifle, I don't see the point. What's left to prove in buying another rifle in the same cartridge that will in all likelihood never measure up to the one he owns now?

The guy is obviously loaded. I would buy more than he has if I had his cash flow. And he is obsessed with 308. No matter what it is lol. You just can't post the kind of rhetoric he does without credible witnesses or have the balls to back it up. Sniper's hide would tear him a new one with these claims of grandeur without any credible proof.

I've expressed my doubts regarding claimed accuracy in previous posts. Now we are expected to believe that a S+B sits alone and unloved while a Sightron Siii ( not a bad scope but so not a S+B ) is moved from rifle to rifle. Mmmmm, maybe, but then why not simply sell the S+B and buy enough Sightron's for each rifle ?

Or sell the S&B and buy enough 6x24 Tasco's to put on every firearm he owns. Hey, it's got mil-dots too. What possible difference could there be? ;)

This thread has been very entertaining so far.

There have been some pretty bold accuracy claims in this thread with SFA to back it up.

I understand that perfect accuracy is not always repeatable time and time again, conditions change, the shooter may not be consistant, etc...but with what has been said in this thread, 1/2 MOA should be regularily repeatable at 3-400 yards, either video or witnesses should be avaible.

Time to nut up or shut up.

We all know you have/had an nemesis, /thread okay? can you be less show off once a while? There's a reason why your threads rated low...

No Sir ..... Don't even know the guy.

He's in Quebec and I'm in B.C. ..... not a chance I have meet him or even seen his rifles.

For sure he has nice stuff ..... my only chance to own what he has if I win the Friday Lotto Max!

This monopod-Versapod setup is one the most accurate i experienced with my rifle, you locked you whole body to the front, leaning max into the Versapod, then you lock the monopod under your arm pushing thight on your elbow... Great stability is obtain for me this way, the Sightron 10X50, need to be very stable to mitigate the slightest mouvement, you need to completly immobilize the target dot prior to the shot if not, it is a waiste... JP.

Did you shoot those targets behind the rifle with a shotgun and buckshot? Gues you didnt "completly immobilize the target dot prior to the shot"

:dancingbanana:

Maybe we need to have a nice wager take place on this one!

That will separate the talk from the show. :)

I would gladly lay $100 on the table. I would want absolute proof that Caramels rifle can actually do exactly what he says at 300Y and 600Y with him behind the trigger running 10 shot strings. Not pictures of targets that could be at any distance or crappy video of targets being shot at who knows what distance...

I'm in for $100

A neutral 3rd party (preferably at least 2 individuals) would have to be nominated by this forum (I nominate Jerry Teo as one) to witness the OP's performance and to report back. Ideally video would be taken using an electronic targeting system that would show real time hits. The targets should then be signed by the witnesses and dated, also on video. Given the OP's resources, he should be able to fly Jerry out to his range.
