Using this thread as a place to (sporadically) document my 180c build and post pictures of the gun.
I think we can all agree that in its stock form the 180 is pretty hard on the eyes. The short rail and long barrel combo and the big wad of metal on the lower behind the grip looks pretty wack.
While I was waiting on parts to arrive I threw a magpul RVG grip and bushnell red dot on the gun:
This set up sucked because with a c clamp grip your hand is right over the gas block and gets dusted by black soot every time you shoot.
Parts came in the mail and this was the initial result:
Aliexpress 15'' m-lok rail
Aliexpress hand stop
Aliexpress 4'' rail scales
Sig Sauer alpha1 30mm high rise mount
Burris RT6
Ferro concepts slingster in multicam
BCM m-lok qd quick disconnect sling mount
Mil-spec trigger spring
Future plans for the gun is a light, new muzzle brake and paint job. Eventually I'd like to put some sort of skeletonized stock on it like an MPX stock and get some straight 20rnd metal mags
