I was just on the Ruger web site and seen this years offerings.
1A -7mm-08
1V - 223rem.
1-RSI 6.5 x 55
1S-30-06
1H -375H&H

and the one that got my interest is the 1B in 257 Weatherby with a 28 inch tube!!!

That is awesome! Now we just need to see some actual production... nobody hold their breath... hopefully, Clay from PR will chime in as to whether or not he anticipates any product arriving this year.

P.S - I will be in for a No.1-A in 7mm-08... and maybe an RSI in 6.5X55...

I just noticed they are not catalogued production... the entire fleet of No.1's are Lipsey's limited runs... which means distributor's have to go through Lipsey's distribution also... wonder what the landed price will be up here in Canuckistan???

Can you comment on anticipated pricing Clay?


Check that... I am "definitely" in for an RSI 6.5X55!

Just edit your OP... click on "edit"... and then click on "go advanced" at the bottom right and then change the title... also consider this for the title; "NEW 2015 Ruger No.1's!" This title will probably get more people involved on the thread...
 
Are you sure they will be available in Canada because they are listed as distributor exclusives available from Lipsey's.

Canadian distributors can import from Lipsey's distribution... Prophet River often carries Lipsey's guns.

Hard to believe the price of No. 1s now. I remember when WWS purged a lot of their inventory that had been sitting. Maybe 4 years ago. They had number 1s on clearance for $800, regular $1000. I bought mine from Prophet in 2012 for $1150 and now we're looking at $1600.

I love my No. 1. It will be going to Africa with me. I'd love to have an RSI in 6.5x55, but at $1600 I just can't pull out the wallet.

Clay said that there are deposits on the first three 6.5X55's... the RSI's will definitely go fast.
 
I'm thinking that a No. 1 for every occasion would be an excellent small collection to have. A 1A in .222 or .223 and a RSI in 6.5x55 to go along with the .300 H&H and the .450 NE.

Please come back oil patch.
