i replaced the iron's on mine with the Ruger Fiber Optic's and it made it a bazillion times nicer to shoot.
that said, like mentioned above the Bush TRS is by far the best bang for the buck for 22's and is what im currently running on mine.

the grips?
you can get those from anyone who carry Hogue grips or order them directly from the Hogue store.
sites, anyone who carries wilson fiber optics can get ya the 22/45 ones, ya just need to ask them to order them in for ya.
compensators.... well your up a creek on that one. i have yet to see any canadian made comps that are as nice as maddmacs' and he dosnt ship to canada, so unless youve got a friend in the states your stuck with a TacSol one and you can get those from Wanstalls.

they have the sites in stock, grips in stock, replacement top rails in stock, trigger kits in stock, TacSol comp in stock, the spring loaded mag bottoms in stock, replacement barrels, replacement frames and barrels.
not sure what else your looking for.
