I extended it myself. I knocked out the block in the back and halved the space it utilized with JB Weld.

It is an SPS, but the action finish is still factory issue.

should do the trick. I just loaded up a few test groups of 50gr Speer TnT for my 700 SPS 223. No McMillan or custom barrel for me, but did upgrade to a CDL walnut.
