That 130 TTSX looks like a great hunting load. Especially for factory ammo. Very interesting to see it has more speed than the CX and LRX. (I like speed when it comes to monos)

Getting me excited. Waiting for weather and doctor approvals before I go try some of these. Also going to try the 120cx cause why not . (Not factory ammo all will be handloads)

**same here**
All my 120 gr TSX stuff chronied higher than all my 120 gr Nosler stuff when prelim testing for my 6.5X55 Tikka !
Wouldn't group any of the copper stuff worth a chit. But mind you likely good enuff for my hunting rifle ..just not good enuff for me..LOL
I really tried to make it group the Barnes copper as I wanted to join the "hype" ..2 powders and 10 loads..nothing under 1.5..1.75 and more + inches @ 100yds
With my Noslers... couple of .295's , .330 and .425. She just never liked the copper stuff !

With factory solid copper ammo I find most of it shoots well in my builds, but when I handload the solids I suck, I have no luck with solids and my hand loads, Berger’s, Accubonds ELDM/ELDX no problem but no luck otherwise, I really wanted to use the 127gr LRX in my 6.5 PRC and the 139gr LRX in my 7-6.5 PRCW so still working on both those loads

One of the keys to make solid copper shoot well is to use lots of jump to the bullets. They work best far away from the lands unlike "normal" bullets.

This is a great little tidbit of info to make me want to try the solid coppers again...lol. Anything to keep a fella shooting !
I still have 75 NIB Lapua I got from Hirsch just WAITIN to be fireformed...might have to look at these again tips again ! Thanks Steve !!

Got to the range today, halfway through my testing my Garmin chrono went to error so packed up for the day, got some good shooting in with the 6.5 PRC/N565/210M/156gr BEH/CBTO 2.311” Temp 5C Elevation 800’
