New A7 models

Sako came out with new A7 model
Roughtech and roughtech range...
They look like a nice rifles to me and would like to see one before start burning my mind into buying one.
Does anyone know anything about them and is there anyone selling them,beside calling incompetent Stoeger Oshawa with no answers and resolutions any other info is appreciated.
Any thoughts,pros and cons as well...

Looks like some good features,

Full length Aluminum bedding block, decent recoil pad, 2 extra inches on the barrel plus it's fluted.
I liked my A7, but the silly recoil lug setup always bugged me. The little extra weight gain should help tame any larger calibres too.

I purchased an A7 22-250 in Dec. and the rifle was very accurate but had the dreaded ejection issue where brass hits the bottom of the scope and dumps back in the mag..I returned it. Be aware of the this before you buy. Some rifles are good but many have this issue.

I fixed that issue on my sako 85 with high mounts.

Only issue I ever had with my A7 was stripped weaver mount screws in the receiver. Tapped the holes and replaced with rockwell hardened screws. All's fine now. And it shoots sub moa. So…not sure how much better this new A7 will be over the one I have now.

Cabelas has them. But for the price they are charging, I 'd rather get a used 85. Spend a bit of time monitoring the EE or some of the site sponsors and I guarantee you will find a gently used 85, probably with rings and bases, for less money.

I fixed that issue on my sako 85 with high mounts.

I tried that and had no luck. I really don't think a guy should spend $1900 on a rifle then have to use high mounts for it to function. Very poor design that sako is not fixing.
