Hello all,

I was recommended to make an account on here by a friend; have had my PAL for 5 months now and have really gotten in to Trap shooting and have started looking for a good semi-auto shotgun to get into other clay sports.

Welcome from SEOntario. Always great to have another new gunner. A piece of advice if your going to shoot trap with a semi, Get a shell catcher!! The guy beside you with a 10-30K custom gun isn’t gonna be happy when your empties are rattling off his exhibition grade wood. Cheers Chris

Nice that's a great gun built like a tank, funny enough i have a Mod 37 and don't hit anything with it lol so it stays in the safe.
Well if you can try out a few if you can.
And most new semi will have adjustable shims to get the fit right which you will fiqure out what you like when you shoot more.

Yeah I've seen people use those, I've seen people also use a thick rubber band to stop the shells from flying out but it is probably less elegant.
 
There was a company that made one that just clipped o the side of the receiver called T&S. I had mine many moons ago. Google is your friend.
