New ACR-2

The lower is the registered part of the XCR, is it not?

In the end, it all comes down to where the manufacturer puts the serial number. The ACR was designed to use a single upper with numerous lowers so the upper was made the serialized portion.

That makes sense.

Good to see this rifle is still evolving. I'm very excited to see it further develop and take off.

• Enlarged ambi bolt releases and enhanced charging handle (not pictured)
• Military version aluminium hand guard

Oh, and probably unobtanium... But a kid can still dream, right? ;)

That picture deserves a bump,
Damn ###y rifle, I must have one.....resisting...resisting...... ah hell I may as well give up

Just general esthetics of these platforms....

Are there any other non-AR rifles that share a simmilar upper to these? I want to chop a picture with all of em and make it my desktop background...

Its the new trend. More of them keep on popping up, the question
is.... is your wallet thick enough.

You can bet, I'll be dropping some coin to update my ACR, with that lower, stock and hand guard. Hopefully, they'll announce civilian sales at Shot, with immediate release, including parts.

If I could get one in .308 I'd be on it like a fat kid on a greasy cheesburger. I was all geared up for SCAR Heavy until that got derailed. Now it looks like it will either be the XCR-M in OD or the FAMAE 552......depending on who calls me back first!
