So I wanted a double stack .45 as I have really long fingers and a short gun budget since i've bought 9 guns in 4 months. Ended up buying a Norc NP30-n. Finish is way better than I figured, only two (maybe 3) peeves are:
1. Sights were crap, but I painted them with white model pain so now they're better bit I still would like an FO front...
2. Inside its pretty rough, I had to cycle the slide about 100 times and shoot 2 boxes of ammo for it to now cycle smooth, but alas now it is.
3. trigger - holy ####. You need to work out to pull this thing. Rough guess - 8-9lbs. Hopefully I can find a gunsmith in Calgary to lighten it otherwise I might need physio. Anyways here it is, tell me what you think as well as anyother ideas:





Also any idea where I can buy a cheap full length guide rod?
