Well I broke the bank but realized a dream. Being a Civil War buff for 40 odd years I purchased the 1855 Springfield Rifled Musket from Marstar. I'm no stranger to muzzleloaders. Picked up a 58 cal. mold from Higgison Powders, must have about 6 different molds now, and some attachments for cleaning from TOTW. don't know what I'd do without those guys, they have everything. Made some minie's and they are BIG. With 60grs of 2f velocity should be around 950 fps. Not a sizzler for sure. Looking forward to getting this in the mail.
