New Alpha Brass

That looks a fair bit like a normal distribution. I'm curious as to whether or not the ones that are at the extremes will end up there after trimming.

I have 200 Alpha brass in 6mm Creedmoor and although I did not weigh them I measured OAL, Neck OD, Neck ID, and base to shoulder and they were all, all within 0.0005"
The most consistent brass I have tried. Miles above Winchester, Remington, Federal and Hornady and better than Nosler, Norma and Lapua
I am super impressed with mine so far, especially for about the same cost as Lapua from Gary at Bighorn Sales.
I haven't had much time for shooting but initial load development has shown SDs of 7-9 on average.

I got mine from Gary as well, cheaper than Lapua plus they come in a usable case, just smart!

Ive been doing some loading with this brass and found something interesting, last year with my Lapua brass I measured some once fired brass, Cartridge base to datum.

Out of 44 Lapua cases I measured, 21 of them were within .0005", so roughly half. The remaining cases were spread +/- .0015".

With 50 once fired Alpha brass, 47 of them were within .0005", with just one case +.0005", and two cases -.0005"

Both the Lapua and Alpha were fired with varying powder charges during load development. After a few reloads with my Lapua brass they did settle in and have very consistent lengths.
