New AR build opinions wanted

Hey I am building a new AR. And looking for what u think with what I chose to use

Here it is

S&J hardware 11.5 barrel
Valtor muir 1a upper
Areo precision lower
Spikes tactical nickle boron FA BOLT CARRIER GROUP
Daniel defense lo pro gas block
Spiks t2 heavy buffer
The rest is koolaid

Let me know opinions or if u know something would work better then what I am using

Will post pics when build is done
 
Your list is pretty close to mine save for the Aero Lower & Spikes' FA BCG. I went with the DD FA BCG instead & still him'n & haw'n on 5.56 or 300 AAC BLCK. Keep us posted on your progress.

Rail choice?

I like the looks of the Spike's Tactical lower, they're relatively inexpensive as well... just a thought really.

But other than that, your list seems pretty good, what kind of stock are you planning? Some people suggest a Magpul UBR for short CQB rifles to help balance the weight (I don't have one so I can't offer an opinion)...

Also, what kind of muzzle device do you have planned?
 
It's going to be 5.56 NATO

I am going to use a fab defense recoil absorbing AR stock not for recoil but for I find I can shoulder the gun faster with that stock

Mussel is going to have a mad flash hider for now but thinking of an NEA crusader break

And rail I'm thinking a Troy 7 inch free float but I'm open to suggestions
