Only the one in the pics(same tan SBR in both pics) and an SR-15.
So just 2 complete guns.

I have more uppers, parts, accessories, and optics than guns right now though. :p

For now any way. lol
 
Very nice. The many offerings from our Canadian dealers is great.
I had a Stag Upper and I agree the Quality was Superb.

How does this rate? Stag is a Teir 1 company, right? Do we assign that same rating to Armseast automatically?

Now we just need someone to make a $500 upper. What's with all these $1000+ uppers.

Ha! I came to the same conclusion!

As for pricing 1K seems to be the going price for anything in that barrel range. Gotta pay the big bucks for shorter barrels!
 
Hey, a thread on the N8, cool! :)

The name, it was just a ordered model number for LE end users really, but I like that Newfoundland-8 :) Let's go with that! The internal name on these was the U262 for Upper, 262mm barrel. I put these on the site for a bit as U262, but went back to the N8 CQB nomenclature because that is what most LE Users were familiar with and I didn't want to confuse the design (and, well, it was pointed out that U262 sounds like we're selling German Submarines). The only other thing that might come into naming in the future is the differentiation between heavy profile and lighter profile barrels. The engineering/functional data is the same for both, but we had a lot of requests for lighter barrels, so the current incarnation has the lighter barrel, which is both a pleasure to carry, and has a more natural point of balance. N8L CQB maybe?

These uppers are a high quality AR15 upper that works reliably. That means, they have been designed and tested to be accurate and function correctly with a wide range of ammunition, including Mk262. The barrel is chrome lined and chambered specifically for the short barrel, as is the gas and timing. The design went through months and thousands of rounds of testing both in-house as well as with "pro" shooters from coast to coast before being made available commercially. They have been in service for over two years now with LE in Canada, overseas with PSC's, and continue pounding out the rounds for trainers. I am proud of the response we've received on these.

Although I could use an 18" SPR more than another SBR. :)

Because there is 100% no need.

FA bolts were a big deal when semi auto bolts (Colt) were wildly bastarized, with the whole rear underside cut away, and firing pin shroud ground away. This is not the case with the CMT/Stag semi auto carrier. The difference in weight between the CMT FA and the Enhanced SA bolt is a few grams where the auto sear trips, that is all, they are "full circle" and have the same shrouded firing pin.

The buffer and bolt move in unison and their weights combine. We include a heavy buffer, which adds ounces in difference, rather than the couple of grams between the FA and SA carrier.
